Boitumelo Motsei, aged 89 published her first book which she started writing in 1982 without knowing it would become a book. The book is a result of interviews she conducted with elders from various communities whilst working as a community health nurse and midwife.
Afrika Ikalafe in its role as the publisher, describes this book as a gift to future generations on the beauty of the Setswana language. It teaches us about our proverbs, traditions and the lessons we can draw from our indigenous languages.
